EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the most popular option for creating your company workwear for many reasons:
- Durable and washable at high temperatures (always check the wash care label for the garment)
- Quality look and feel for your corporate branding
- Can be applied to most fabrics and products including polo shirts, sweater, jackets, pants or overalls, and hats.
We operate several multi-head industrial embroidery machines. This infrastructure and our 28 years of expertise enable us to handle the largest and most technically demanding jobs. This way we can deliver your workwear with the logo on the chest, back, or legs.
EMBROIDERED PATCH
The patch is an alternative to embroidery. It consists of fabrics and yarns to embroider; it is easy to use on clothing. The embroidered patch can be sewn or heat transferred to the garment.
Advantages: durable, modern, and very good washing ability.
Inconvenience: high cost, not advised on delicate fabrics, and color gradations cannot be reproduced.
DIGITAL PRINTING
The digital transfer consists of a rigorous printing of the logo on paper support transferred to the textile with a professional press.
The digital marking is qualitative; we obtain a faithful printing of the original, which respects the multiple colors, contrasts, details, shades, and degradations.
The transfer printing technique is widely used for a quality print with a strong resistance to washing.
Advantages: Adapted to many supports and printable in a great quantity, very good washing resistance.
Inconvenience: Limited to 6 colors maximum and cannot reproduce gradations.
SCREEN PRINTING TRANSFER
The digital transfer consists of a rigorous printing of the logo on paper support transferred by heat to the fabric using a professional press.
The digital marking is qualitative; we get a print faithful to the original, which respects the multiple colors, contrasts, details, shadows, and degradation.
